Day 01- AIRPORT  / KANDY – 135KM – 3 HOUR     

Arrival at the Airport. Please clear immigration & visa formalities, collect your baggage and proceed to the arrival lounge through the green channel if you do not have goods to be declared to customs. Our Representative will page you by your name. Thereafter you will be assisted to the Car park / Coach Park to begin your journey as per the booked itinerary. Transfer to hotel in Kandy

En route visiting Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawela

Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage- At this orphanage you will find elephants of all ages which are abandoned or otherwise unable to fend for themselves due to being injured. They are looked after with loving care until such time they are ready to work or be freed back to the jungles. The unique feature is that one could feed the baby elephants with bottles of milk during the feeding times. The elephants are also bathed daily in a river located across the orphanage.

Day 02- KANDY

 Leave for Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya

 Royal Botanical Gardens - 147 acres in extent: started in 1374 as a   pleasure garden of the King’s of Kandy. There are more than 5000 species of tree and plants. Some and endemic as well as flora from the tropical World. Spice garden and Orchid House are popular with Tourists.

Day 03- KANDY /NUWARAELIYA – 80KM  – 3 HOURS

After Breakfast Leave for Nuwaraeliya En -route visiting Ramboda Hunuman Temple &  tea plantation & a factory.

Nuwara Eliya – The ‘Little England’ of Sri Lanka, is set against beautiful backdrops of Mountains, Valleys, Waterfalls and Tea Plantations. It is supposed to be one of the coldest places on the island, where the air is pure, cool and distilled up through 1,884 meters; windswept peaks lie shrouded in mist, while gaily clad tea pluckers wind their way among tea bushes listening to the wild music of the water falls. The is city complete with a Lake, Golf course and Race course ideal for hikes, golf, horse riding and boating.

Day 04 – NUWARAELIYA

After Breakfast Leave for Nuwaraeliya Sightseeing visit Worlds End ( Horton Pains ) & water falls. Commence Nuwara Eliya sightseeing including a visit Water Falls

Horton Plains, the coldest and windiest location in Sri Lanka consists of ecosystems such as Montane evergreen forests, grasslands, marshy lands and aquatic ecosystem. At an altitude of 2,100 meters above sea level, Horton Plains spreads across over 3,169 hectares of the highest tableland of the island. In view of the large number of endemic flora and fauna species, Horton Plains was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site on 30th July 2010. The escarpment with a depth of 900 meters called World’s End and Baker’s Falls are the highlights of the Horton Plains.

Day 05 – NUWARAELIYA /  KITULGALA  – 70KM – 2 HOURS

After breakfast leave for Kitulgala.
Optional – White Water Rafting.

Kitulgala- The location famous for adventure sports including mountain   biking, Tracking, bird watching and the most attractive of all white water rafting. This is also the site where David Lean’s world famous film “Bridge over River Kwai” was filmed.

Overnight stay at the Hotel in Kitugala

Day 06 –  KITULGALA / AIRPORT – 150 KM – 4 HOUR

After Breakfast Leisure at the Hotel & Leave for Airport

Proceed to Colombo Airport for Departure .
